Our Mission
Collecting money is the reason I'm not starting another team.
When we heard that from a passionate coach who managed a successful club team, we realized that collecting team dues is a major problem in competitive youth sports.
We started Groundwork to take the grind out of collecting team payments so coaches and team organizers can focus their undivided attention on what matters most: the athletes.
We believe competitive youth sports helps players become better people by building character, teaching sportsmanship and developing a work ethic. This foundation helps them achieve their goals in life. The mission of Groundwork is to help youth athletes get the most out of this opportunity by freeing up coaches from the busywork of team finance.
