Katie comes to Groundwork from Venmo, where she went from the 2nd employee on the customer support team to training and building that team to over 30 people. Katie also started Venmo’s Support Engineering Department and operated as go-to crisis manager, tracking down critical production bugs and deploying hotfixes, all while maintaining a high level of customer support in a period of explosive growth. Prior to Venmo, Katie worked as a software engineer at Bank of America. She holds a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University.
